Interchain Foundation: Wholly-owned subsidiary Interchain Labs renamed Cosmos Labs

according to the Interchain Foundation (ICF) announcement, its wholly-owned subsidiary Interchain Labs has been renamed Cosmos Labs. ICF stated that this move aims to promote the adoption of "customizable, interoperable" public chains; currently, the Cosmos ecosystem has more than 200 chains running in production environments, with an average monthly cross-chain volume of over $1 billion through IBC.
