Marco Digital Technology subscribes for WLFI fund interests

Marco Digital Technology (01942) announced that the Group has recently invested $500,000 (approximately HK$3.925 million) indirectly in ALT5 Sigma Corporation (NASDAQ stock code: ALTS) through the subscription of a fund (the Fund) member's equity. The fund participated in the recent issuance of ALT5 with several of the world's largest institutional investors and well-known cryptocurrency venture capital companies, led by World Liberty Financial, Inc (WLFI).
