Old Const files lawsuit against Bitmain, alleging wrongful termination of contract

 the custodial service provider Old Const has filed a lawsuit against the Bitcoin mining machine manufacturer Bitmain, accusing Bitmain of improperly terminating the contract between the two parties. Old Const had purchased Bitmain's "HASH supercomputing server" and agreed to provide custodial services, claiming that Bitmain "fabricated so-called default behavior" in order to immediately terminate the agreement.
