Swiss bank AMINA partners with Tokeny to launch compliant digital securities

AMINA Bank AG, a Swiss encrypted bank, has partnered with Tokeny, a tokenization company in Luxembourg, to provide a regulated channel for issuing digital securities. This collaboration will combine AMINA Bank's bank-level custody and settlement services with Tokeny's issuance system based on the ERC-3643 standard - ERC-3643 is a permissioned token standard designed for assets that need to meet compliance requirements and have been verified. The two companies describe this collaborative framework as a "regulated banking bridge" for real-world assets (RWAs) such as bonds and commercial paper.
